PORTFOLIO

Inclusive innovation and lasting impacts.

Throughout my career, I have conceived and built innovative, groundbreaking initiatives that have reached millions worldwide. Many of these platforms and solutions remain in use 12 to 15 years later, shaping industries (e.g., the Code of Conduct for the e-money industry), influencing policies (I have authored key regulations on digital finance and financial inclusion), and improving lives by enhancing financial sector accountability, transparency, and consumer protection—issues I have been deeply committed to for two decades.

I don’t create projects for the sake of it. Instead, I design systems that endure, solutions that transform institutions and sectors, and innovations that continue to deliver value long after I’ve stepped away. Scalability is always at the core of my approach—developing solutions that go beyond single-use cases to become part of a larger, more sustainable transformation.

I chose to work in the public sector because I believe in systemic impact—strengthening societies and democracies, fostering a more equal world, enabling entrepreneurs to build and scale their visions, and helping households and communities achieve financial resilience. For me, real change happens when we build solutions that last and accelerate inclusive innovation.

By combining strategic and technical consulting, user experience and human-centered design, and creative innovation, I focus on delivering solutions that scale, evolve, and create lasting value in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

In 2021, alongside the Cambridge Center for Alternative Finance (CCAF), I conceived the Cambridge SupTech Lab, a new initiative at the University of Cambridge that I am currently implementing.
