EMBODIED PATH

I am a dedicated practitioner and facilitator of embodied movement and of men’s work, committed to personal growth and collective healing.

My journey in this space has been shaped by years of exploration and practice, drawing from a variety of modalities, including The 360 Emergence (where I am training as a certified teacher), 5Rhythms, the Omega Point Academy, All Kings and other approaches rooted in self-discovery, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.

Through movement, breath, and deep inner work, I support both men and women in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and deeper selves within a safe and supportive environment. Whether it’s about deepening the connection to our true selves, reshaping our understanding of masculinity, or developing embodied leadership, my commitment is about meeting ourselves fully—through presence, movement, and awareness.

This path is something I live. I have been wholeheartedly dedicated to experiencing new levels of awareness, vitality, and connection in my own journey, and I see it as my role to hold space for others to do the same.

In July 2024, All Kings, my men’s group, was featured in the NYTimes.
In AK, we come together to heal our trauma and to reroot ourselves in brotherhood, compassion, and accountability.
Whether we’re spending a weekend upstate or gathering in a Brooklyn basement, we pour our hearts and souls into holding space for each other.
In this community, I have learned and I practice - again and again - to be fully present, to embrace vulnerability, to love all the parts that make me the human I am, and to forgive myself.
Gratitude and Love to the AK community, to the Brothers who dedicate themselves to AK’s mission to support formerly incarcerated men and young men at risk, and to all the men who are doing the work.
One by one. Until we are all free.
